Refund and Returns Policy

At House of Javahir, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we have a 4-day return policy. This means you have 4 days from the date of delivery to request a return, and the item must be postmarked within this timeframe.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • A re-stocking fee will be applied based on the purchase value:
    • Orders under $99: A $7 re-stocking fee per item.
    • Orders $100 and above: A 10% re-stocking fee.

Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@houseofjavahir.com. Once we approve your return, details for the return process will be provided.

Re-stocking Fee Waiver: The re-stocking fee is waived if you choose to exchange the item for one of equal or greater value. Clients are responsible for paying the difference in value and all shipping charges for returns and exchanges.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@houseofjavahir.com, including photographic evidence of the issue. Reports made after this time frame cannot be processed. Items approved for return due to damage must be postmarked within 4 days.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@houseofjavahir.com

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
